ACE will pick up your computer at outside of your door if it’s not operational. ACE use a mask and protective glove for a pick-up.  Please attach your note for the login details with your computer.  Before delivery of fixed computer, we sanitise all the devices ensuring safely of your family.

ACE follows Federal Government and the State Guideline for social distancing and other measures.

If your computer is operational and you would like ACE to diagnose issues, ACE offers secure remote access to your computer desktop to carry out initial check up (Free of Charge).  This remote access can only be done when you allow one time access for ACE so that no one else can get into your desktop.

Update:  Australian authority eased COVID-19 restrictions a little bit.   If you allow ACE to enter your premises, ACE will do so and as quick as possible attend your computer issues.  ACE maintains social distance measures during the fix.

ACE maintains “No Fix No Pay” policy – ACE will not charge any booking or cancellation fee.
