I will not touch with the new features of this update as it’s already available on the net, such as.
I have downloaded both 64 bits version and 32 bits version of MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) release for this version. Size of consumer edition 64 bits version now exceeds single layer DVD so you need a double layer DVD to burn this edition. 32 bits version still fits on a single layer DVD.
(Addition: 27/6/19 – Windows 10 ver 1903 is now avaiable for general public through Microsoft “Download Windows 10” page. Windows 10 x64 version fits on a single layer DVD.)
It’s a real mystery that Microsoft made this version available for MSDN before general public get hold of the edition.
Most of computers running Windows 10 in the market are still on ver 1803 (Released in April, 2018). It appears Microsoft is not pushing those new featured update through Windows Update any longer. (Automatic Update would not initinate installation of next big featured update verson) It maybe to do with the initial glitch in the first released version of ver 1809 (Released in October, 2018).
